David Sanchez Andreu

David Sanchez Andreu is the Operation Lead and Responsible for the ESM unit at Cloud Infrastructure Services, Capgemini. They hold certifications as an ITIL Expert and ITIL 4 Managing Professional, and are an AgilePM Practitioner. With experience as an Engagement Manager, David has worked on projects in the banking, insurance, consumer products, and public administration sectors. Currently, they serve as the Operational Delivery Manager for a TIC Governance service at the CTTI, leading a team of over 100 individuals. David's previous roles include service and team management across various organizations, including Capgemini, Software AG, and Endesa. David earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
