Dinesh Karanam is an accomplished leader with a strong background in digital transformation and business process optimization, having held various pivotal roles at Capgemini from January 2008 to December 2018. As the Business Processes & Augmented Services Leader, Dinesh drove thought leadership on GenAI and Agentic AI-powered process transformation. Subsequently, as Senior Director/Digital Transformations Executive, Dinesh managed the Digital Customer Experience BPM practice for North America, focusing on strategy and implementation using emerging technologies. Dinesh's expertise extends to enterprise architecture, having defined structures for Fortune 100 companies and significantly modernized IT systems to reduce costs. Co-founding QbitEdge in August 2018, Dinesh led innovative digital platform strategies and execution. Dinesh also served as Enterprise Architect at AIG Retirement Services and Project Lead at ADT. Dinesh holds an MBA in Financial Management from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Executive Certification in Strategy & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
