Donna Thompson is a seasoned Project Manager and the North America Lead for Trade Compliance at Capgemini, where they have been since 2012. They previously managed operations and export compliance for Combat Support Associates and owned Desert Dancer Imports, an international retail business. Donna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from Liberty University and an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Tarrant County College. Their expertise includes regulatory compliance, process development, and training, alongside a strong history of mentoring and team management.
