Efrain Palma is a seasoned Delivery Manager and IT Manager with extensive experience in project management and consulting within the IT and cybersecurity sectors. Currently, Efrain serves as a Consulting and Cybersecurity Project Manager at Capgemini since August 2021. Prior to this, Efrain held key roles at DXC Technology from January 2017 to May 2025, where responsibilities included ensuring timely implementation of proposals and delivering added value to clients across Latin America and the US. Efrain's prior experience includes global consulting at HP Enterprise Services and various managerial positions at HP, EDS, and Siemens, with a strong focus on service delivery, customer satisfaction, and implementing effective infrastructure solutions.
