Elena Mazzotti serves as Vice President of Financial Services at Capgemini since October 2025 and has held multiple strategic roles at CRIF, including Chief Innovation & Strategy and Global Banking Lead. In addition, Elena is a member of the Board of Directors at Associazione Alumni Accenture since November 2019. With a career at Accenture beginning in 1997, Elena advanced to Managing Director, leading the Credit Business Service Division across Europe, Africa, and Latin America, while also directing initiatives in Inclusion, Diversity, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Recent experience includes the position of Chief Operations Director at Mooney from October 2023 to October 2025. Elena holds a degree in Economics and Commerce with honors from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and an MBA from SDA Bocconi.
