Emmanuelle Bartoli

Emmanuelle Bartoli is currently the Vice-President and Head of Data Protection and Regulatory Affairs at Capgemini, where they have served since 2022. They also hold the position of Group Data Protection Officer at Capgemini since 2018. Previously, Emmanuelle worked as a Senior Associate in Data Protection and Digital Innovation at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2017 to 2018, and held various legal roles at Allen & Overy from 2014 to 2016. Their earlier experience includes serving as Chief Legal Counsel for Data Privacy and Security at Atos from 2012 to 2014, and as a Legal Adviser at the Commission nationale informatique et libertés from 2009 to 2012. Emmanuelle began their academic journey as a teaching assistant and researcher at Cardiff Law School between 2008 and 2009 and completed their studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2005.
