Gul Rasool

Gul Rasool is a researcher and designer with over 8 years of experience in User Centred Design, currently engaged in user research at Capgemini. Previously, Gul served as a Service Designer at HM Courts & Tribunals Service, focusing on enhancing accessibility and reducing barriers in accessing justice. Gul has also worked in various roles, including User Researcher for the UK Home Office and Freelance User Researcher at Snook, gaining extensive experience in the public sector and social innovation. Gul holds a Master of Design from the Glasgow School of Art and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from UCL, along with ongoing studies in Mandarin and Politics at East China Normal University.
