Janani D'Silva is an accomplished keynote speaker and currently serves as the Head of Future of Work for APAC and ME at Capgemini. With over 20 years of experience in IT projects including business analysis, project management, and change management, Janani has honed strong skills in workshop facilitation and stakeholder analysis. They were recognized as HR Manager of the Year at the 2024 Australian HR Awards and were a finalist for the AU Gender Equity Awards in 2023. Additionally, Janani has been an Expert Advisory Committee Member for Pride in Diversity since 2023 and has previously managed graduate programs to foster successful careers in consulting.
