Janine Kirsch

Janine Kirsch has extensive experience in project management and employee development, currently serving as a Project Manager at Capgemini since December 2018, focusing on software development, project controlling, staffing, and agile transformation as a Scrum Master. Previously, Janine held the position of Manager of Employee Development, overseeing approximately 15 employees throughout their lifecycle. Prior roles include working in Controlling at Bayer, managing procurement and inventory optimization at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, and serving as an ERP/DMS Consultant and Project Manager at GODYO AG/ACP Gruppe. Janine holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and an MBA in Management from Comenius University, complemented by two Bachelor's degrees in Economics.
