Jasmine Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management roles across various organizations. Starting as a software engineer at InventQjaya/Reveo inc. from 2004 to 2005, Jasmine progressed to become a process analyst at Atos Origin in 2006 and held multiple roles at IBM from 2009 to 2015, including Service Delivery Manager and Technical Specialist. Subsequently, Jasmine served as a Delivery Manager at Australia Post until 2021, followed by a position as Service Delivery Manager at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers until August 2022.
