Jonathan (Jon) Dixon has extensive experience in remote services and IT infrastructure management. Beginning a career at Sun Microsystems as a Remote Systems Engineer, Jonathan contributed to customer support in the EMEA region before transitioning to a Project Engineer role at Teleperformance, where involvement in various Oracle Corporation projects occurred. Subsequently, Jonathan served as a Customer Design Engineer at Oracle Corporation, collaborating on global teams to develop remote monitoring solutions. In April 2022, Jonathan assumed the role of Platform Engineer at Capgemini. Jonathan holds a degree in Applied Chemistry from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
