Kai Oliver Schaefer

Kai Oliver Schaefer is an experienced executive with a long tenure at Capgemini, serving as Executive Vice President and Group Account Executive since April 2002. Schaefer drives client success by leveraging the Capgemini Group's capabilities and emphasizes sustainable growth within the Insights & Data Portfolio. As the former Head of Insights & Data for Capgemini Germany, Schaefer focused on business growth from client and portfolio perspectives and facilitated significant integrations, including for a major IT service company in South America. Prior experience includes delivering finance transformations and SAP BI solutions as a Senior Consultant at CSC. Schaefer holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg.
