Kumar Rampura

Kumar Rampura is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in AI and analytics, currently serving as the Director of the AI & Analytics Practice at Capgemini since February 2018. In this role, Kumar has played a key part in operationalizing data and AI platforms for major clients such as Morgan Stanley and BNY, assisting in the implementation of data management practices for regulatory programs. Prior to Capgemini, Kumar worked as a Model Implementation Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included leading a data engineering team and developing big data applications. Kumar also held the position of AVP at Mphasis, directing a Big Data & Analytics Center of Excellence, and served as an Agile Data Management Coach at Healthfirst, guiding teams in the development of data quality applications. Kumar’s early career included a directorial role at Virtusa, emphasizing data and analytics services. Kumar holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering & Decision Sciences from West Virginia University.
