Léa Créteau is a certified Workday consultant specializing in HCM and is currently engaged at Capgemini. After obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Strategies, Léa completed an internship in recruitment at Michelin, which solidified a commitment to a career in recruitment and employer branding. Previously, Léa worked in various roles including communications and recruitment at Michelin and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they focused on internal communication strategies. Léa is also an advocate for diversity and gender equality in the workplace, having conducted research on the feminization of professions in French industries.
