Meghala Nair

Meghala Nair is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and Senior Director of Global Communications at Capgemini since April 2022, Meghala previously worked at IBM from February 2015 to March 2022 in various roles including Head of Communications & CSR for Canada and Senior Advisor for External Relations. Notable contributions include integrating communication efforts and enhancing IBM's brand reputation in Canada. Earlier experiences include a position as Executive & Employee Communications Lead for the Middle East & Africa and roles at Stark World Publishing and Thomson Reuters. Meghala holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the Asian College of Journalism and completed the IBM Marketing & Communications Leadership Development Program.
