Michał Well

Michał Well, MBA, ITIL, has extensive experience in business development and management within the IT and banking sectors. Michał began as an Apprentice in The Department of Bank Operations at EuroBank S.A. and has advanced to a Senior Business Development Manager at Capgemini since January 2025. In addition to this role, Michał has held various positions such as Engagement Manager, Delivery Head, Team Manager, and Senior SIAM and Service Management Consultant at Capgemini. Michał's earlier experience includes roles at Lean Enterprise Institute Poland as a Training and Research Specialist and as a Laboratory Specialist at Medtronic. Additionally, Michał has worked at IBM in several managerial capacities including Quality and Lean Management Unit Manager and Senior Business Manager. Michał possesses a comprehensive educational background with a Master of Business Administration from WSB University and ongoing PhD studies, alongside international experience through an exchange program at Aalborg University.
