Notably, Mike served as a Technical Sales and Services Manager at Cognos, an IBM Company, from 2004 to December 2009, followed by a brief role as a Pre-sales Consultant at Assimil8 Ltd. in 2017. From February 2018 to March 2024, Mike worked as a Technical Sales Engineer at Lakeside Software, where responsibilities included collaborating with sales teams, identifying customer requirements, designing product demonstrations, and serving as a subject matter expert.
