With a professional background in core retail banking, brokerage, and retail, Nisha co-founded Fine Elements LLP, a women-led venture focused on environmental sustainability. Prior to this, Nisha held positions at notable organizations such as Wells Fargo, HSBC Global Technology Centre, and UST Global, gaining extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and team leadership. Nisha has successfully launched natural cleaners into the market and has been recognized for their innovative approach, including being a runner-up in Karnataka Elevate 2021.
