Pauline MANOHA

Pauline MANOHA has extensive experience in human resources management, primarily within the technology and consulting sectors. At Capgemini from October 2013 to March 2020, Pauline held various roles, including Responsable RH, where responsibilities included recruitment for IT infrastructure positions, and SMSI Manager, overseeing the Information Security Management System and leading ISO 27001 audits. Prior to Capgemini, Pauline worked at Sogeti as Chargée de développement RH, focusing on career management tools, and at MPS FRANCE and PARCOURS PLUS in consulting roles, coordinating competency assessments, recruitment, and employment support programs. Educational qualifications include a degree in Work Psychology from Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens and a Management degree in Human Resources from IGS Paris.
