Pete Karl has a diverse background in business and account management with extensive experience in technology and IT services. Starting as a Business System Analyst at Acxiom, responsibilities included project management, quality assurance, and database development. Subsequently, as an Account Manager, focus shifted to IT outsourcing and new business initiatives, culminating in a role as Managing Account Director, where leadership in sales and contract management was demonstrated for notable clients such as Accenture and Windstream. At Xerox, Pete served as Client Operations Director, optimizing customer relationships in the mid-south region. Transitioning to IBM Global Technology Services, Kyndryl, expertise was applied as Client Solutions Executive, leading multi-cloud initiatives and earning recognition as a Best of IBM honoree.
