Simon Park is an experienced professional in systems engineering and program management, beginning a career at BAE Systems Air from October 2001 to March 2004 as a Systems Engineer through a Graduate Development Scheme. Following this, Simon worked at General Dynamics UK Limited as a Senior Systems Engineer from April 2004 to January 2006. A tenure at Thales from February 2006 to September 2008 involved various roles including Senior Systems Engineer and Senior Programme Manager, notably managing a £60m Defence Programme and a £15m programme in the nuclear sector.
