Sreya Ghosh

Sreya Ghosh currently serves as the Head of Future of Work - HR at Capgemini, focusing on Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management since June 2022. Prior to Capgemini, Sreya held the position of Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Employee Engagement at JSW from November 2021 to June 2022. Sreya's extensive experience includes a significant role at Sodexo as Business HR for the Healthcare Segment APAC, where responsibilities included managing talent strategies across multiple countries and leading initiatives for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Earlier roles at Radius Global Solutions LLC and Veldos LLC involved overseeing HR service delivery, employee relations, compensation, and compliance. Sreya holds a Certification in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University and an MBA in HR from IMT Ghaziabad.
