Swayam Datta is currently a Vice President at Capgemini, where they manage and expand customer relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery. With a strong background in project and program management, Swayam has overseen multiple interdependent projects across various regions, including Asia, Europe, and America. They have driven Six Sigma initiatives, mentoring teams to identify and convert customer pain areas into opportunities for improvement. Swayam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Shivaji University and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
