Previously, they served as the iX Leader DACH at IBM iX, guiding a team of over 1,300 experts in delivering transformative solutions across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Croatia. Tanja brings more than 20 years of consulting experience, having worked with reputable firms including PwC and IBM, where they focused on the Travel and Transport sector. Tanja is also dedicated to promoting Diversity and Inclusion within the industry, actively mentoring and inspiring colleagues to engage with these important topics. They hold an MBA from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration.
