Esther Sorin

Esther Sorin has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Esther currently holds the position of Digital Marketing and Customer Experience Group Director, Senior Director at Hager Group, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Philips for several years, including as Program Leader a.i. D2C Data Privacy and Senior Director of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce. Esther also served as Marketing, Commercial & Strategy Global Business Consultant, Director at Philips. Before joining Philips, they worked at Philips S.p.A. as Marketing Director for Italy, Greece, and Israel. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Philips Consumer Lifestyle, Global Marketing Senior Manager at Philips, Brasseries Kronenbourg (Carlsberg Group), and Mars.

Esther Sorin holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from NEOMA Business School, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Esther also completed a certification program in Digital Marketing Professional at the College of MultiMedia in 2019. Prior to that, they studied for two years in a preparation class for nationwide competitive entrance admission to Business Schools at Lycée Montaigne from 1995 to 1997. In 1992, they obtained a Baccalauréat Scientifique with a specialization in Advanced Mathematics from Lycée Dautet. Additionally, Esther has received certifications in Digital Leadership from Growth Tribe in 2023, Lean Foundation from Philips B.V. in 2016, Black Belt from Philips in 2012, and Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute.
