Dennis Lopez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate investment sector. As the Chief Executive Officer of QuadReal Property Group since June 2017, Dennis leads the company's global investment strategy, focusing on responsible management and strong performance for stakeholders. Previously, as Chief Investment Officer at AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets, Dennis was instrumental in establishing the firm’s real assets division. Their career also includes leadership roles as Chief Executive Officer of SUN Real Estate and Global Head of Real Estate at Cambridge Place Investment Management, where Dennis developed a real estate platform that acquired $2 billion in properties across Europe. Earlier in the career at J.P. Morgan, Dennis was a key figure in one of Europe's first real estate investment banking groups.
