Eric Malcolmson

Eric Malcolmson is a seasoned real estate development executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and residential sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at QuadReal Property Group since December 2024, Eric leads the development of low-rise residential communities across Canada. Previously, Eric held senior leadership roles at Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, Icon Legacy Hospitality, HLT Advisory Inc., Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, PwC, and Colliers International Hotels. Eric's notable accomplishments include managing national development and construction, overseeing hotel and restaurant operations, and successfully restructuring major hospitality assets. Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University.
