Joanne Gesell

Joanne Gesell, RPA, currently serves as the Director of Property Management and General Manager at QuadReal Property Group since February 2017. With a robust background in property management, Joanne has previously held the position of Operations Manager at Bentall Kennedy and Senior Property Manager at Colliers-International. Additionally, Joanne contributed to the industry as a member of the Board of Directors for BOMA Manitoba from 2013 to 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Facility Manager at SNC-Lavalin Operations & Maintenance and Portfolio Service Officer at Brookfield LePage Johnson Controls. Joanne Gesell graduated with an honors degree in Business Management from MacEwan University.
