Junichi Murahashi

Junichi Murahashi, CFA, MBA, has extensive experience in investment management and asset optimization within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Investment Management and Director of Asset Optimization at QuadReal Property Group since April 2022, Junichi has also held positions at RealPage, Inc. as an Account Executive and at QuadReal Property Group in various roles, including Director of Investment Management, from March 2018 to September 2021. Previous experience includes serving as an Asset Manager at GWL Realty Advisors, Assistant Fund Manager at Tokio Marine Property Investment Management Inc., and an Equity Research Analyst at UBS Investment Bank. Junichi began a career in finance as part of the Financial Management Program at GE. Academically, Junichi holds an MBA in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Schulich School of Business at York University and dual undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Texas.
