Nancy MacKinlay

Nancy MacKinlay serves as the Director of Marketing at QuadReal Property Group since July 2024, following a tenure as Senior Director of Marketing at SmartCentres REIT from October 2020 to June 2024. During this time, Nancy developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies across various asset classes, spearheaded the SmartLiving residential sub-brand, and championed innovative website designs. Prior experience includes Director of Accounts & Strategic Communications at Montana Steele Strategic Marketing, where Nancy led multi-platform marketing campaigns for real estate developments, and various roles in marketing coordination and execution at Context Development Inc. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York University, along with multiple marketing-related certificates from Ryerson University, George Brown College, and the University of Toronto.
