Philip Younan

Philip Younan is a seasoned professional in real estate debt investments, currently serving as Director at QuadReal Property Group since May 2021, where Philip has progressed through roles of Associate and Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at TD Securities from August 2018 to May 2021, focusing on real estate corporate banking. Philip also held leadership roles at QSIA and Queen's Retail Forum, managing teams and securing significant funding. Early career experience includes a property accounting internship at Dream Unlimited and various roles related to lifeguarding and facility management with the City of Toronto. Philip holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.
