Stephanie Chan

Stephanie Chan, CFA, serves as Vice President of Global Research & Strategy at QuadReal Property Group since January 2017. In this role, Stephanie leads global real estate investment research for a firm affiliated with British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI). Previously, Stephanie held positions as Director and Associate in Research and Strategy, focusing on Europe and Asia Pacific, along with experience in the United States. Prior to QuadReal, Stephanie worked at BCI as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in real estate investment research. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business from the University of Victoria, and has participated in an international exchange program at Université catholique de Louvain.
