Tara Brockelmann

Tara Brockelmann (Rissanen) is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate, currently serving as Vice President of Leasing at QuadReal Property Group since June 2017, where a major redevelopment project at Oakridge is underway. Previously held the position of Senior Director of Leasing at Oakridge Centre, recognized as the highest-performing shopping center in Western Canada. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Director of Leasing for the Western Canada portfolio at Bentall Kennedy and roles as Director of Leasing at Bentall Kennedy and Manager of Leasing at Westbank Projects Corp. Tara began their career as a Sales Associate at CBRE. Educational credentials include a degree in Marketing Management, Real Estate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration, currently pursued at the same institution, alongside a degree in Marketing Management, Retail Marketing from Capilano University.
