Mirela Pop

Mirela Pop has been working in payroll and benefits for over 20 years. Mirela started their career at Trinity Western University in 1998 as a payroll supervisor. In 2001 they left TWU to work for the City of Vancouver as a payroll manager, a position they held for 18 years. In 2019 they left the City of Vancouver to take on the role of manager, payroll & benefits at Capilano University.

Mirela Pop has a Certified General Accountants Association from School and a Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from Type. Mirela also has a M. Ec. in Industrial Economist from Babes Bolyai University - Cluj Napoca and a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Babeș-Bolyai University. Finally, they are a Certified General Accountant in Accounting from CGA Canada with certification from - in : CPA, CGA.
