Paul Gruber is the Director of Corporate Services at Capilano University. Paul has over 25 years of experience in corporate purchasing and administration. Prior to their current role, Gruber served as the Director of Corporate Purchasing for Corix from April 2008 to April 2009. Before that, they were the Manager of Purchasing and Distribution for BCAA from January 1993 to March 2008. Gruber also worked as a Purchasing Coordinator for H.A. Simons from January 1988 to December 1992 and as a Supervisor of Office Services for Expo 86 from January 1982 to December 1987.
Paul Gruber has a CPSM from the Institute for Supply Management, a BCom from Royal Roads University in Business - Entrepreneurial Management, and a C.P.P. from the Purchasing Management Association of Canada in Finance - Purchasing. Paul also has certification from Handsworth in Supply Chain Management Professional.
Paul Gruber reports to Paul Dangerfield, President & Vice-Chancellor. They are on a team with Debbie Schachter - University Librarian, Jennifer Nesselroad - Acting Dean & Faculty of Fine & Applied Arts, and Chris Bottrill - Director, Centre for International Experience.
