Ashish Chauhan is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in leading development teams and delivering innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Capillary Technologies since August 2022, Ashish manages a team of 8 developers and advises on technology solutions. Previously at Paytm from March 2019 to August 2022, Ashish held dual roles as Technical Lead, managing a 6-developer team for a merchant loan feature, and as a Senior Software Engineer focused on the Paytm for Business iOS app. Ashish also contributed to Panoptic Consulting & Services Pvt. Ltd. from May 2014 to March 2019 in various capacities, including Engineering Lead and iOS App Developer, overseeing a team and ensuring high-quality software development. Early career experience includes an internship with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Motivational Pathway.
