Lamha Chauhan

Lamha Chauhan possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various organizations, beginning as a Talent Acquisition Associate at The D. E. Shaw Group from September 2019 to June 2021, where Lamha contributed to global recruitment efforts in Hyderabad and New York. Following that role, Lamha took on positions such as Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems and stakeholder management. Previous to that, Lamha worked as an Account Executive at Regalix, assisting Google advertisers with campaign optimization. In subsequent roles, Lamha served as a Talent Sourcer at BrowserStack, focusing on sourcing talent and job advertisement management, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arintra (YC W22) and Leap. Currently, Lamha leads the Talent Acquisition team at Capillary Technologies. Lamha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Calcutta Institute of Technology.
