Kelly Mesquita

Kelly Mesquita has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kelly started their career as an Assistant in the Personnel Department at Greenlife Academias in 2018. Kelly then worked as an HR Intern at Danone in 2019. In 2020, they joined Aeris as a Talent Acquisition professional, where they conducted end-to-end recruitment processes for various business areas and focused on improving the candidate experience. Kelly later moved to Pier Seguradora in 2022, where they took on the role of a Talent Acquisition Analyst/Recruiter. Kelly managed end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborated with leaders to support hiring decisions, and implemented effective recruitment strategies. In 2023, they briefly worked as a People and Culture Analyst at WeClever before joining Conta Simples as a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst.

Kelly Mesquita completed their undergraduate degree in Human Resources at Wyden from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Technical Administration degree at EEP Adelino Cunha from 2013 to 2015.
