Melody Mitchem

Melody Mitchem currently serves as the Global Head of HR at Capillary Technologies since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Prior to this role, Melody was the Senior Vice President of Talent Management at Brierley+Partners from October 2015. Melody has held various HR leadership positions, including Director of HR at Vertex Business Services and Associate Vice President of HR at MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Notable achievements include implementing a web-based HR Information System within six weeks to streamline recruiting and onboarding efforts for a new sales force and developing a cost-effective employee benefits program. Melody's career commenced in HR management at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Enterprise Leasing Company, culminating in a solid foundation in HR functions across various industries. Melody earned a BA in Communication from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1990.
