Julia Blachman, Director of Global HR, is responsible for creating and managing the IRONSCALES global people strategy with an emphasis on efficient process, performance improvement, and a thriving, healthy people experience. Julia is focused on cross-functional partnerships by building an internal brand that threads the IRONSCALES guiding principles throughout each policy, program, and everyday life of each Scaler.

With a background in hospitality and a passion for people, Julia has dedicated her career to building positive and supportive environments and leads with empathy and integrity.
