Alina M. is a Talent Acquisition Partner at CapIntel since April 2025, specializing in recruitment processes and candidate management. Currently, Alina also holds membership with The People Group. Previously, Alina worked as a GTM Recruiter at Gorgias and as a Talent Coordinator at Tucows, where responsibilities included onboarding over 50 new hires and scheduling interviews for more than 60 candidates. As a Recruitment Specialist at BackStretch Recruitment Group, Alina managed a diverse range of recruitment processes, significantly improving successful hires. Alina obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Toronto and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College.
