Carly Dederick

Carly Dederick is currently a School Psychology Practicum Student at CUSD, with previous experience as a Senior Recruiter at Better Debt Solutions, where responsibilities included candidate screening, assessment administration, and recruitment strategy development. Prior to that role, Carly served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hussmann, providing recruiting support for manufacturing positions and collaborating closely with hiring managers. Experience also includes positions at Trusted Tech Team as a Contract Recruiter, Global as a Human Resources Recruiter, CareerStaff Unlimited as a Recruiter, and AutoNation as a Human Resources Coordinator. Carly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Performance from San Diego State University and is pursuing a Master of Education in School Psychology at Concordia University Irvine.
