Tawfik Anous El Alaoui

Tawfik Anous El Alaoui has extensive experience in project support and technical helpdesk roles. Currently serving at Capita Europe since July 2019 in various capacities including Project Support and Junior Project Support, Tawfik has developed valuable skills in client support and conflict resolution. Prior to this, experience at Competence Call Center involved providing first-level technical and administrative support for Internet and VoIP clients. Tawfik also held a Sales Advisor Helpdesk position at Omnicom, contributing to outbound sales campaigns for multiple brands. Before transitioning to these roles, Tawfik was the Principal CEO of Décoration-Tendances, the leading website for oriental design decoration, from January 2010 to June 2016. Educationally, Tawfik holds a Baccalauréat in Bio industrie de transformation from Blaise Pascal.
