Ian Douglas

Ian Douglas is an experienced HSE professional with a demonstrated history of offshore medic roles, particularly in the North Sea. Currently employed at Iqarus Ltd as an HSE offshore medic and also serving as an offshore medic with Capita Health and Wellbeing since July 2013, Ian has accumulated extensive experience in emergency medical services and health and safety management. Prior positions include offshore medic and rig medic roles with Capita Health Solutions and Oilfield Medics, as well as health and safety supervision and consultancy in various challenging environments. Ian's career spans from 1994 to the present, with significant contributions to safety protocols, emergency cover, and health facility management across multiple high-risk locations.
