Dan Bulmer

Dan Bulmer is an accomplished urban planner and design professional with extensive experience in placemaking and urban design. Currently, as the Director of Place Services and Digital Planning at Capita, Dan manages a division that delivers placemaking design services to both public and private sector clients. As a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Accessful Foundation, Dan advocates for accessible entrepreneurship by promoting networking, mentorship, and representation. Prior experience includes co-founding and serving as Managing Director at Place Dynamix, leading significant urban design projects in the Middle East, and holding key roles in prestigious firms such as Oriental Consultants Global, Woods Bagot, and AECOM. Dan holds multiple degrees and diplomas in Urban Planning and Design from notable universities, including The University of Manchester and the University of Sydney.
