David Hill

David Hill is a self-motivated and dynamic senior manager with a strong ethos of loyalty and dedication, experienced in training, planning, HR, and asset management. They served as Chief of Staff for the Army Division at the Defence Academy from 2006 to 2009, followed by a role as UK Advisor to the Liberian Ministry of Defence in 2009-2010. From 2010 to 2013, David was the Vice President at the Army Officer Selection Board, focusing on assessing candidates for military training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. They then worked as a Selection Centre Manager at Capita before currently holding the position of Head of Selection within the Recruiting Group, overseeing selection standards and processes across five Assessment Centres as part of a collaboration project with the MOD.
