Gary Shilston

Gary Shilston is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various senior leadership roles across the technology, public service, and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Divisional Finance Director for the Technology & Software Solutions Division at Capita since 2018, responsibilities include oversight of a £0.5 billion division with a large workforce primarily located in India and the UK. Previous roles include Portfolio CFO for a £0.3 billion division in Local Public Service and Interim Managing Director at Serco, where financial leadership was provided during a company crisis.
