Georgina Harvey

Georgina Harvey is the current Director at Capita. Georgina has previously worked at Superdry, McColl's Retail Group, and Big Yellow Self Storage. Georgina has been with Big Yellow Self Storage since July 2013 and has held the position of Non Executive Director, Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Audit Committee. In their role as Non Executive Director, Georgina is responsible for constructively challenging and contributing to the development of strategy, scrutinising the performance of management in meeting agreed goals and objectives, and monitoring the reporting of performance. Georgina is also responsible for ensuring financial information is accurate, that financial controls and systems of risk management are robust and defensible, and for determining appropriate levels of remuneration of executive directors. Georgina plays a prime role in appointing and removing senior management, and in succession planning.

Georgina Harvey completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc)(Hons) in Biology and Psychology at York St. John University. Prior to that, they attended Loughton High School.
