Georgina Tognola

Georgina Tognola is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Team Leader for the Army Officer Recruiting Team at Capita since November 2017, where responsibilities include recruiting officers for the British Army. Previously, Georgina held positions as Lead Recruiter and Lead Recruiter for soldier recruitment within the same organization. Prior to Capita, Georgina worked at APM as an Employer Liaison Coordinator and Employment Coach, and at Prime Teachers International as an Account Manager and Recruitment Consultant. Georgina's career began as an International Student Coordinator at Prime Education. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) from Newcastle University and has a background in Secondary Education from Pocklington School.
