Jack Needham is currently the Head of Scheme Treasury at Capita Pension Solutions, where they lead a team and manage payment infrastructure for over 250 clients. Jack has a strong background in both treasury management and sports development, having previously worked as a consultant for The International Platform on Sport and Development. Their early career included roles at The Wimbledon Championships and Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport, where they made notable contributions to event management and research initiatives. Jack holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from Loughborough University and actively pursues projects in the Sport for Development and Peace sector on a pro-bono basis.
